Although I knew that my reading volume was very low last year, when I clicked on the Douban 2023 Reading Report, I still couldn't believe it. I used to think that I wouldn't be like others, that after reaching a certain stage in life, books would become old toys, taken out for nostalgia and then put away.
But isn't that how it has been for the past two years? It seems like I have already halfway joined the group of people I used to dislike. This is not what I hoped for. I want to make some changes, to continue learning, reading, and recording.
Life#
- I just discovered that the second season of "Detective Jack" has already started airing. I have already caught up to the latest episode (S02E07).
- I have made up my mind to take the car to the 4S store to recheck the steering wheel problem. I should have insisted on replacing it when I had the last maintenance, but on the other hand, I anticipated that it would take a long time, so I brought along the almost finished [[Small and Beautiful]].
- Bought a Beletti electric stove 4.0 for the family to heat milk. It is more convenient and reassuring than boiling water or using a microwave.
- Found fresh and delicious blueberries: Driscoll's Joyberry. This is the second time I have repurchased them this month.
Reading#

After reading this, I thought about how Toto was also picked up from the roadside by chance. Every time you call its name, it will respond with a meow, then come over and let you pat its head. I started watching "[[Natsume's Book of Friends]]" with my family before going to bed. Although I already know the plot, I still get moved while watching it.
PS: I already have the first 18 volumes, but according to Douban, it has already released up to volume 24. I plan to wait until I finish reading them quickly before catching up on the remaining volumes.
Technology#
- Deployed PicList Core + [[Cloudflare]] R2 + Cloudflare Tunnel + obsidian-image-auto-upload-plugin using Docker to directly upload images to an image hosting service in Obsidian.
- Considering whether to migrate the previously deployed [[Miniflux]] RSS server to the local network and then expose it to the public network through Cloudflare Tunnel, so there is no need to expose the public network address.
- Planning to deploy Outline locally when I have free time, to see if it can be used as the company's online documentation.
Development#
- Implemented target tracking and zooming with the payload camera of the DJI drone.
- Rewrote some modules of the previous PTZ camera to be compatible with the drone.
